**I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher,
but that did not influence the review**

4 stars Oh, hold my heart this made me so happy. I LOVED Jane’s Melody and while it ended in a great place I was thrilled there was going to be more of Jane and Caleb’s story.

Jane and Caleb fell in love in book 1, but this story put that love to the test. In this installment we got to see Jane go through the emotions wondering if she made the right choice, even though she knew she didn’t belong anywhere else.  She loved Caleb, she wanted to be with him, she wanted to support him, but she hadn’t yet figured out how she fit in. It turned out that just being with him was the way they were made to be together. I was worried with the plot line that Caleb might get a wandering eye, but was thrilled he stayed devoted to Jane.

2nd ShelfWas the story a roller coaster? No. Were there twists and turns? No. Was it perfect? YES. If you’re looking for a book that will get your heart racing and give you anxiety, this isn’t it. It is however, a great conclusion to a love story.

I should probably mention the smexy times. They were still hot in this installment, and while I thought they were meaningful before, they were even more special this time around. The author can write a love scene that makes you feel like you know the characters are soul mates. It was pretty amazing that he could generate a connection so intense and deep with words.

There was one part in the end where I was shaking my head a little bit. Jane was thinking about doing something, and for the life of me it didn’t make sense. I knew she would come to her senses, but for it even to cross her mind to the extent it did was surprising. I guess to me it didn’t jive with her personality.

The title of this book? I’M SO IN LOVE. Perfect, Mr. Winfield. The perfect title is perfect.

The ending was good, and everything worked out better than I had hoped. I was a very, very, very happy reader.

Would I rec this? Yes! It was a quick, easy read that let me bask in Caleb and Jane’s romance. If you read book 1 and still want more you need to add this to your TBR!

Happy Reading!

Celeste
